]]> Roscommon County Council Library Services will be hosting a number of children’s events and activities during the month of July. The programme covers a range of subjects with a very strong emphasis on reading, learning storytelling and book oriented activities within the library environment.

ImaginationGYM® has been invited to run eight workshops for both children and parents in four libraries; Roscommon County Library, Ballaghaderreen Library, Boyle Library and Castlerea Library.

The ImaginationGYM® workshop is a fun and interactive way to help children access their batural creativity and artistic talent. The Enchanted Forest audio program brings them on a journey into an imaginative world of folklore, nature, animals, music, dreams and wishes. Children will learn to stretch their imagination muscles and have fun taking positive action on creativity.

The workshops are suitable for children aged 6 – 10 years. Details of dates and times can be found on the workshop sheet here. Please note that places are limited in terms of facilitation and local conditions. Bookings can be made at each individual library or by calling the numbers listed below.
